NEW PATIENTS:
Your journey begins…
On your first visit to our clinic we will spend one hour reviewing your health history, discussing your current health concerns and goal, and outlining a preliminary treatment program. We might perform a relevant physical exam, do a urinalysis, and if needed will perform other pertinent laboratory testing.

Subsequent visits can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the method of treatment and complexity of the case. We will continue to manage your presenting symptoms, and work towards discovering the root cause of your condition.

Please come with your health questionnaire filled out. We will fax or email one to you when you contact us and book your appointment.

FEES:
Naturopathic Medicine is currently not covered under the Medical Services Plan in British Columbia, however, several extended insurance plans will cover the entire or a portion of the visit fee. Payment is due when service is rendered or laboratory testing or supplements are purchased. Official receipts will be given at time of payment to be submitted for reimbursement by the insurance company. Prices listed below are subject to 5% GST.
Initial consultation, 75 minutes: $155
Follow up consultations:
1 hour: $145
45 minutes: $110
30 minutes: $75
15 minutes: $40
Patient transfer: $90
Annual $110
Bowen Therapy $85 (initial visit) 80$ (follow up)
Phone consultations: fees as above
MSP will also refund a portion of the visit fee to those on premium assistance.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Debit, cash and check.
CONSULTATION HOURS:
Pre-booked consultations are available during the times listed in the table below. Unfortunately these listed times do not guarantee that staff will be present at the clinic. Please feel free to call the clinic at 604-879-WELL (9355) to book your appointment. If you are hoping to drop by to refill a prescription, it is always best to call to ensure some one will be at the clinic when you arrive.

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide care to another patient. Any canceled or missed appointments with out 24-hours notice will be subject to a $40 fee.
