We assess and diagnosis with both conventional and naturopathic methods. This thorough and integrated approach allows us to understand the underlying cause of disease and to provide effective and appropriate treatment options.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL HISTORY
With a thorough intake form and careful questioning, we will take the time to learn about your current health concerns, health history, family history, life circumstances, current stressors and any other factors that may be related to your health concerns. We will also take the time to assess your commitment to your health.

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS
Since diet and nutrition is central to Naturopathic treatment, We will need to thoroughly understand your regular diet to determine how it is affecting your health. Diet diaries, discussion, and laboratory measurement will help supply that information.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS
Naturopathic Doctors have the same training as medical doctors and can do complete physical exams including male and female exams. We will perform relevant physical exams to illicit further information.

CHINESE PULSE AND TONGUE DIAGNOSIS
These ancient diagnostic techniques provide further insight into the functioning of the body and are part of a full Naturopathic Assessment.

COMPREHENSIVE LABORATORY TESTING
Depending on your presenting symptoms, we may request you obtain specific laboratory tests such as standard blood work, salivary testing or imaging.

AUTONOMIC RESPONSE TESTING
This is a form of muscle testing that uses the patient’s own body strength to discern appropriate diagnoses, and treatment. This is based on the premise that everything (humans and inanimate objects alike) emits electromagnetic energy which will be affected and altered if juxtaposed with another electromagnetic body. They body’s strength will observably change in response to other electromagnetic bodies to elicit whether the thing being tested is good or bad for the individual.
