Philosophy

Dr. Sangra believes that the key to treating someone is to reinforce all self care, nurturing, elements which are: good nutrition, plenty of exercise, sun and fresh air, rest and sleep and finally stillness in the form of meditation or other methods to quiet the mind and relax the body.

However, with all of these in place Dr. Sangra believes there may be a need to utilize the medicinal qualities of nature to heal the whole person.

Dr. Sangra believes strongly that there is an intimate interaction between the mind and body. In this interaction balance is constantly trying to be achieved.

In nurturing ourselves our vitality is strong keeping us in a positive state of health. But when our vitality is lowered and a negative disease state is reached we can use the assistance of nature to heal the whole person.

Dr. Sangra focuses on developing simple but comprehensive therapeutics that patients can integrate into their everyday lives. In addition to, Dr. Sangra is very open to work with other healthcare practitioners to ensure the well-being of her patients.
