FIRST VISIT
During your first visit to the clinic we will review your health history. Please bring a completed intake form with you to the first visit if possible. Alternatively, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete the form.
Subsequent visits can last anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour
FEES
Payment is due when service is rendered or supplements are purchased. We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit and cash. Prices listed below are subject to 12% HST.
Many extended health insurance plans provide coverage for Naturopathic Medicine. Medical Services Plan in British Columbia does not currently provide such coverage; however, they do refund a portion of the visit fee for those on premium assistance. Official receipts will be given at time of payment to be submitted for reimbursement by insurance companies.
INITIAL CONSULTATION $165
This is a 75 minute appointment where a detailed health history is taken. Various tests are performed during this visit such as a physical exam, electro-meridian imaging, bio-impedance analysis, Traditional Chinese Diagnostics, diet and nutrition analysis and specific biofeedback techniques (refer to assessment page for more detailed descriptions of these testing methods). All of the aforementioned tests are covered under the initial consultation fee.
FOLLOW UP VISITS

30 MINUTE $75
45 MINUTE $110
All follow up visits are billed the same way, regardless of treatment employed. The first 15 minutes is $40 and each subsequent 15 minute time period is an additional $35.

BOWEN VISITS $85
Bowen Therapy visits typically last up to an hour and they all include a complementary postural assessment before and after treatment.
URINE ANALYSIS $7 (in addition to visit cost)
POLICIES
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can provide care to another patient. Any cancelled or missed appointments without 24-hours notice will be subject to a $40 fee.
